Each bedroom is En-suite and has colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. They are tastefully furnished in individual styles, and bright and cheerfully decorated throughout.

There are wonderful country views towards the coastline and plenty of birdlife forever passing by, so bring your binoculars. Farm animals can also be seen from our windows.

The house is cosy and comfortably furnished ensuring a relaxed
 holiday atmosphere.

Our dining room is set with separate tables and has views of the award winning garden and again our regular to and fro of birds of many species.

Our food is home produced using fresh produce as seasons allow. a hearty breakfast is assured with English - style fruit, cereals, eggs, bacon, tomatoes, etc., tea, coffee and fruit juices.

We are probably one of the best situated holiday bases in the whole of South East Cornwall. Lands End is only 2 hours drive away, so you can stay here and explore the rest of Cornwall in one day.
It is about 2 miles to Looe or Polperro and a mile to Talland Bay, a beautiful cove
